On Saturday, March 1, former Walker Valley High School standout Addy Girard’s current college team, the UIS Prairie Stars, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Lake Erie Storm.

The game took place at UIS Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Storm this season.

The Prairie Stars’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 11 a.m. at UIS Softball Complex against Purdue Northwest Pride.
