On Friday, March 7, former Rhea County High School standouts Keaton Ray and Rex Pendergrass’ current college team, the Middle Tennessee State Blue Raiders, won 8-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Oakland Golden Grizzlies.
The game took place at Reese Smith Jr Field. This was their first matchup against the Golden Grizzlies this season.
The Blue Raiders’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 1 p.m. at Reese Smith Jr Field against Oakland Golden Grizzlies.
