On Sunday, March 2, former McMinn County High School standout Will Grimmett’s current college team, the Morehead State Eagles, won 14-13 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Quinnipiac Bobcats.

The game took place at John “Sonny” Allen Field. This was their third matchup against the Bobcats this season.

The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4 at 3 p.m. at Jim Patterson Stadium against Louisville Cardinals.
