On Saturday, March 22, former Walker Valley High School standout Addy Girard’s current college team, the UIS Prairie Stars, won 7-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Missouri S&T Miners.

The game took place at UIS Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Miners this season.

The Prairie Stars’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 23 at 12 p.m. at UIS Softball Complex against Drury Panthers.
