On Saturday, March 29, former Sweetwater High School standout Mari Robbins’ current college team, the Carson-Newman Eagles, won 8-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the UVA Wise Cavaliers.

The game took place at Bill Gatton Softball Field. This was their first matchup against the Cavaliers this season.

The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 3:45 p.m. at Bill Gatton Softball Field against UVA Wise Cavaliers.
