Our PLACE Adult Day Center is looking for someone with an accounting background and possible knowledge of Quickbooks to replace their Treasurer who is leaving at the end of June. The Treasurer is part of their Board Executive Committee. This individual would work closely with board members in preparing budgets, forecasts, financial plans and other financial items as required. The Treasurer reports current financial results and issues to the Board on a monthly or as needed basis. Support for the position includes a part-time, paid bookkeeper, an accounting firm that completes our annual audit, a financial assistant, and another accountant who prepares our annual taxes. The position would require between four to eight hours per month depending on time of year and Board and meeting schedule.
